What is a quality assurance review?+
An independent assessment of a valuation report prepared by another valuer. We verify methodology, data accuracy, and compliance with SACPVP professional standards — without conflict of interest.
How long does a valuation take?+
Turnaround time depends on the property and complexity of the instruction. Standard valuations are typically completed within 3–5 business days of site inspection. We confirm timelines at instruction stage.
Are your valuations SACPVP compliant?+
Yes. All valuations are conducted by SACPVP-registered valuers and comply fully with the Property Valuers Profession Act and SACPVP professional standards.
How do I get started?+

Are you VAT registered?+
No. LandWise Property Services is not currently VAT registered. All fees and invoices are VAT-exclusive.
Do you offer urgent turnaround?+
Yes — subject to scheduling availability. Indicate your deadline in the intake form and we'll advise on feasibility and any associated premium.
Are your reports accepted by banks and attorneys?+
Yes. Our valuations are prepared by SACPVP-registered valuers and comply with the standards required by banks, conveyancing attorneys, and the Master of the High Court. We welcome instructions from legal professionals, financial institutions, and private clients.
